💜Last night I hosted a get together at my house to help the local battered women’s shelter Mutual Ground in Aurora, Illinois 💜We put together care packages in @ipsy bags that contain all the necessary essentials like shampoo, tooth brushes, feminine hygiene products, combs, etc 💜Thank you Autumn Kastein, Sabihah Hussain, Jordan Weeks, Crystal Cavey and Sylvia Leszanczuk for your donations!!! 🗣I was a victim of Domestic Violence and I NEVER want to see someone go through what I did! You can survive but you never forget. ✅ Domestic violence is the leading cause of injury to women—more than car accidents, muggings, and rapes combined. ✅ Every 9 seconds in the US a woman is assaulted or beaten 💜 October is Domestic Violence awareness month together we can make a difference!
